Find flow in the chaos of real life with me.

For much of my life, being an athlete came easily for me. I loved the structure, accomplishment, and community that playing a team sport brought. Sports will forever hold a special space in my heart.  

These days as a mom of four, I often reflect on how chaotic real life can be.

I regularly long to reach for the ultimate parenting rulebook only to realize (with a chuckle) that the rulebook remains unwritten. Someone should get on this because, let's face it, it's jarring when you realize there are no hard and fast answers in parenting and life. Between you and I, there are many times I would love to blow the whistle on my kids and shout “out of bounds”. 

I have gratitude for this longing, however, as it brought me to the study of unseen energy and the organizing principles of the universe. Applying the practices of Feng Shui and Shamanic Reiki in my everyday life at home with my family and in my business has created the supportive and grounding structure I crave. 

I love to welcome and enhance the flow of life-force energy in all ways, including sometimes in the most mundane places like my pantry. I find pure bliss in witnessing things that seem so intangible, like harmony and order, show up in my physical reality. Sometimes all it takes is one moment for a deep breath to ground and redirect the chaos. Together we can create energetic redirections. I promise it's easier than you think and available to anyone seeking greater stability in this game of life.
